RED DAY ALERT HAS BEEN LIFTED and returning to no burning restrictions for home heating. PM 2.5 levels are dropping and with high winds, mixing heights and rain we should see continued air quality improvement throughout the day. Conditions should be favorable throughout the weekend as well.
