City of Cornelius is soliciting bids for the Council Creek LID Project located within the City of Cornelius, Washington County, Oregon. The project consists of installing approximately 238 tons of asphalt path overlay, 1650 square-feet of concrete walks, and 2 playground structures, in accordance with the bid documents. Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City Engineer (terry.keyes@corneliusor.gov) until 2:00 PM PDT on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. Bidders must complete and submit electronically the First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure no later than 4:00 PM PDT on Wednesday, June 3, 2020. The engineer’s estimate for the project is approximately $434,000. The project is subject to BOLI prevailing wage requirements. Bid documents can be examined and downloaded below. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 3:00 PM PDT on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 via videoconference.
