Pavement Restoration 2020-2021

City of Cornelius is soliciting bids for the Pavement Restoration 2020-2021 project located within the City of Cornelius, Washington County, Oregon.  The project consists of 8,641 square yards of full-depth reclamation, 1,960 tons of asphalt paving, and the construction of 13 ADA ramps, in accordance with the bid documents. Bid documents can be examined and downloaded below.

Bids shall be submitted electronically to the Project Manager (kevin.oppenlander@corneliusor.gov) until 2:00 PM PDT on Thursday, March 25, 2021.  Bidders must complete and submit electronically the First-tier Subcontractors Disclosure no later than 4:00 PM PDT on Thursday, March 25, 2021. The engineer’s estimate for the project is $509,101.  The project is subject to BOLI prevailing wage requirements.  Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 3:00 PM PDT on Thursday, March 25, 2021 via videoconference.
