Water Master Plan

This master plan was developed to guide the city's investments in the public drinking water system.  The plan updates the city's February 2004 Water Master Plan.  It includes an evaluation of the system and preparation of a 20-year capital improvements plan.

The plan was developed to fulfill the state's requirements for water system master plans found in OAR 333-061-0060 (5).

The master plan will be adopted by the City Council once the finance chapter of the plan is complete.
